These terms describe use of this website and the inquiry process. The specific terms of a photography session are agreed in writing before booking; this page does not replace that agreement.

Inquiries and availability

Submitting a form allows us to contact you to discuss your photographs, session details, pricing and availability. It does not confirm a booking, hold a date or create an obligation to purchase. Dates are subject to the availability we confirm with you.

Pricing and session arrangements

Before booking, you will receive information about the price, what is included, photograph delivery and payment terms. Booking conditions are set out in your session contract.

Children and teenagers

Inquiries and bookings must be made by adults aged 18 or over. For sessions involving minors, a parent or legal guardian must arrange the necessary permissions. We do not ask children to submit their information directly.

Photographs and use of content

The photographs, text and brand elements on this website are subject to their respective owners’ rights. Display on this website does not grant permission to reproduce, sell or use them in advertising. Contact us to request permission.

Usage rights for your session photographs will be specified in the relevant agreement. Submitting an inquiry does not authorize publication of your image or your family’s images.

Website use and external links

Use the website and forms lawfully and provide only information you have the right to share. Do not submit malicious content or attempt to access someone else’s information. External platforms have their own terms and privacy policies.

Photographs illustrate possible styles and locations. Each session’s results depend on the people, surroundings and arrangements agreed with you. Please let us know if you notice an error on the website.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle inquiry information. You can learn about and manage website measurement in our privacy policy. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to promotions.

Updates and your rights
